Learn and Grow

During the Learn process, we will analyze what you are currently doing. This might include a social audit, an SEO audit, and a look at your current Community/Customer Service procedures. We’ll do a competitive analysis that will help you understand what your competition is doing, including what is working for them and what isn’t. We’ll take time to assess your industry on social and search, creating personas to represent your typical buyers. We will determine the appropriate keywords to track on social and to target with our content strategy.

Strategize

Here’s where we build your Social and Content Strategy. Based on what we learned from the Learn and Grow phase, we’ll define goals tied to your KPIs and set detailed action items to reach those goals. An email list, including sales funnels, if appropriate, will be set up for your business. We’ll create your Share strategy, selecting the appropriate social networks for your business, defining the optimum send times and creating a target strategy to reach your personas on those networks and via email. We will build the list with future segmentation in mind. We’ll create a customized calendar to track all efforts. Last, we’ll determine which tools we’ll need and create a custom analytics plan to track our success.

Content and Promotion

  • We will create X of blog posts per week, all delivered at the optimum time and well optimized for SEO and for social sharing.
  • We will create X rich media content pieces per week, like Videos, Whitepapers, Slide Decks or Infographics.
  • We will share content, including the items we’ve created, but also content that would be meaningful to your target audience.
  • We will share X marketing emails per week. If possible, we’ll segment these emails to reach separate personas.
  • We will listen on your target social networks and engage when appropriate.
  • We will position your brand as a thought leader by sharing insightful content and taking part in meaningful discussions.
